Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities

Join us as we mark 15 years of opposing genocide and crimes against humanity at our fundraising gala. Our emcee is Emmy Award-winning journalist and former CoAGG Board Member, Tamara Banks, with a special keynote speaker to be announced.

About us…

The Coalition Against Global Genocide-CoAGG, (formerly Colorado Coalition for Genocide Awareness and Action) was birthed to support an October 1980 act of Congress that the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum set aside one week every April for the Days of Remembrance. This is a week when the world takes time to remember six million Jews and millions of others including Roma and Sinti, political opponents, homosexuals and people with disabilities who were annihilated by the Nazis during World War II. Every year, during that week, we proclaim, “Never Again” and every year we ask the questions “what have we learned from that horrible period in history and how can we use the Holocaust as a vehicle to end hatred and make sure that such atrocities never happened again?” Unfortunately, we have not learned anything since “Never Again” became” Yet Again”.

In a speech delivered at the Darfur Emergency Summit on July 14, 2004, Elie Wiesel said, “How can a citizen of a free country not pay attention? How can anyone, anywhere not feel outraged? How can a person, whether religious or secular, not be moved by compassion? And above all, how can anyone who remembers remain silent?”

In 1919, after World War I, the League of Nations was established to promote international cooperation and to achieve peace and security. As of April 20, 1946, it ceased to exist and handed over all of its assets to the United Nations which in part was created to prevent future world wars and genocides. Today, almost 80 years later, we continue to witness genocide and other crimes against humanity, leaving millions of innocent men, women and children maimed and dead. Perpetrators of genocide still continue to practice their extraordinarily evil trade and the world still reacts too passively too late.

Our Mission…

Our Vision…
